No, Zoro previous damage was no where more than Luffy took so Luffy would be fine given how it went for him in impel down. Kuma said he would be knocked out just like Zoro went into coma for like 3 days (?) after Sanji woke up while getting treated by Chopper. It is not as if he walked fine...

Luffy is in no condition to fight Saturn. I dont want Luffy to fight any strong person before fixing his issues with gears. That ancient robot will fight.

Touching light doesn't mean one can fight and defeat Kizaru. And Luffy vs Kizaru is pointless. Zoro is fighting Lucci. Oda wint let sanji fight admiral and win before Zoro or Luffy. Rest are not even strong enough. Maybe only Vegapunk and his clones can stall Kizaru.

Maybe. But who will take on Kizaru once he comes back? And Luffy currently is in no position to fight Saturn. And I dont want Kuma to come and stall Sautrn at this stage.

There will be no round 2 of Luffy vs Kizaru. Oda had one chance to make it the best fight and ruined it and had to give lame reasons to break the fight. Besides, it serve no purpose at this stage.
