I think Kidd has done enough to have this claim, he was fighting BM with Law's help but nerfed, for a while, tanking attacks, and even 1 on 1 for a bit at the beginning, plus the hype at the end. As long as he lives up to that hype, he should deserve this.

Since Kidd seems to be fairly close to Yonko level based off new chapter's hype, we can assume Killer should be somewhat close to Ben Beckman, the most comparable relationships between a Yonko Captain and his strongest underling.

BM can buff her soul weapons, like letting Prometheus eat explosion, or take Zeus high up in the cloud to power up. I think this is what BM means by enough "Soul Weapon", her main 3 should be her strongest weapon, not the random homies she makes like Randolph, they don't matter much.
