I wonder if we are even meant to see Hakurei as being an equal to Kouyoku? He's firmly behind in every aspect IMO. Even in the CW, he was the only one of the new gen who didn't get a mid-war promotion.

Crazy to think it's been so long since Gyou'un arrived on the battlefield. But yeah, it's hard to see a way for Rinko to win.

It's not really fair to crap on Heki here. If you want to laugh at the fact that it's ultimately another L for Heki, then fair enough. But in isolation, this is absolutely forgivable. Far more accomplished Generals would fall for the same trick.

Tou Moubu Kanki Ousen Yotanwa The front 3 have interchanged throughout various times but this is where I'm at right now. I've never cared too much for YTW for some reason. I basically love 4/5 and then there's YTW who is alright.

Think Moubu would have won if he was pushed that far. The fight ended. It was a prelude, after all. I believe Moubu and Kanmei beat Ouki in a duel but there's plenty of reasons to think otherwise. It's a tough one.

We only ever saw one, who has pretty lousy stats (let's be generous and say he also had instincts). Do you think Duke Hyou actually had any commanders/generals that were in keeping with the GG's of his level? If not, why not?

I think this is a big stretch tbh. He'd be a monster of course but we should give respect to the rank of GH. If Kisui had Keisha-level instincts, would he stand toe to toe with Riboku, Renpa and RSJ? I don't think so. I'm a fan of Kisui and believe he is strong. There's a GG level guy in there...

What's nuts is people will see this and still won't acknowledge that Riboku has kicked the absolute hell out of Qin from the very start here. From reading various places, anyone would think the opposite has happened.

SSJ's ceiling is also something that interests me. I'm unsure if he will surpass Keisha though.
