There's been too much foreshadowing for Luffy to get a form of this ability, but like Elizabello with his King's Punch Luffy will be able to do it with his fist and it will have a unique name that's suitable to him and his naming conventions for his attacks.

It's obvious why he does it though, he can't give them all panel time alongside the many many new characters he introduces in a new island.
