I dont think that Kaido son is the underworld broker with the horns... i think that is a Tobi Roppo member.

I think Zoro, Kidd and Law bounty can raise to 1 bln+ after Wano. I dont think X-Drake still a pirate after the arc.... so frozen bounty IMO Hawkins and Apoo 500 mln is a good amount.

Idk about his strenght but his design is going to be top notch! We got Ace with top tier design, Weevil with unique and grotesque design, Kaido son is going to be a mix between Ace and Weevil.
