Sure, economy was the main reason, we all know that.
I probably worded it a bit wrong.
The three cardinal sins I listed were the final straw that broke the camel's back for people that were still undecided.
Anyone that really believed Harris was the favorite to win is delusional at best and dumb at worst.
Vegas had Trump as a 60-70% favorite for weeks before the election and this is the safest indicator you can look at.
As for the reasons why Trump won (or rather Harris lost) - it's not that hard...
Chapter also shows once again that if Togashi (and his crew) actually try, they can put out artwork that competes with the very best that the manga genre has to offer.
Compared to someone like Oda Togashi's artwork skills are less consistent, but reach greater heights when he wants to deliver.
It 100% is a manga and not some deep literature.
That doesn't mean there are no levels to the complexity of manga stories.
I for one personally (!) enjoy the more complex manga stories like the current HxH arc more than most generic shonen arcs.
Nothing more, nothing less.
If you feel the...
To each their own.
I for one enjoy the politics and schemes way more than generic shonen manga stuff.
If you enjoy more basic stuff, that's obviosuly fine, too.

Things are speeding up on the lower decks, too.
Loved the casino artworks btw, created a great atmosphere.
Hisoka being battlesexual to the max was a nice nostalgia moment, too.
Ehm ... Oda started Elbaf with 3 totally redundant chapters (aka 1 month in real world time) about an "adventure" in freakin Road's lego castle ...
That's how serious he is about "speeding things up" and "ending it soon".
In order for it to end in 2027 (3 years if you mean at the end of 2027)...

Things are really heating up.
Salkov's inner monologue about Tserriednich is legendary:
"The expectations he sets for himself, his whole attitude ... it's so far removed from what an average guy like me can comprehend. He...
The idea about the world consisting of thousands of unique islands.
It leaves so much creative freedom and Oda generally delivers on his island themes/designs.
The bad part about the Egghead ending (which was a very good arc up until the Gorosei arrival) was that the last 15 chapters were one gigantic stallfest.
The robot was already up and ready to use "Joyboy haki deus-ex-machina", the SHs had about 100 yards to run to the Elbaph ship and Vegapunk...
The way he ended each major post-skip arc so far and how high the expecations from fans are despite Oda's recent record, I'm not exactly optimistic OP will get a satisfying conclusion for most fans.
Water 7 is arguably the best written arc in all of One Piece.
Sure, it had no huge fight, but there was plot progression every single chapter and hardly any panels were wasted.
The amount of story that was put into those 50 chapters would take about 150 chapters with Oda's current pacing.
1) With the size of the explosion (after such a long time, too) it would've completely destroyed the entire Ryugu Palace and killed every last one there, if it actually went off bc of a thief. It made zero sense for the fishmen to put in THAT many explosives. Clear manga logic problem there.
2)...
I don't think the Tamatebakko box was a bad plot point per se, I actually like the idea Oda had there.
It was just that the execution was so bad, that many people (understandably) hate it now.
