The mode is generally stronger, faster with more powerful flames(blue flames) because exoskeleton+CoA is giving him a boost in every category, as mentioned in the panel I posted. He needs CoA+exoskeleton to withstand the extreme intense heat of the blue flames.

That's not how it works. Ifrit is only made possible because of how much of a tank Sanji becomes with the combination of CoA + exoskeleton(no such thing as blue flames without exoskeleton and CoA).
