Special Grade 1 & Supreme Grade 1 are the same thing. The translation just changed for some reason. I'd guess that Naoya is at least on par with Naobito. It's probably that he just underestimated Choso.

I love Gojo, but that Toji scene is my favorite in the entire series. The narration is probably the best in the series (hopefully Gege lets the anime use a narrator for season 2 or 3 whichever season this comes out). The parallel to Gojo’s panel is amazing. It looks even better with the coloring.
