Luffy is 100% getting stronger between now and EoS though. Him fighting as good as Loki vs Imu while the wings were one-shot is bad enough. It shows such a massive gap between them. Beating 2 HK is a joke and doesn't make Sanji and Zoro leave this arc looking any better than last chapter.

Franky only met Killingham, same as Sanji. Using your logic Franky should fight Killingham. Also beating up a "corpse" won't make Killingham look strong. It would just further make him look weak. I can't see Oda convincing readers worldwide that Killingham and Super Sommers are a threat after their portrayal this arc. Like if Imunko was the main villain of this arc, they made sense as wings opponents. But now that Imu himself is here, they are just too far apart.

Sanji and Zoro should sign a pact with Imu for a power up. Replace Super Sommers and Killingham as HK. They can still travel with the crew, they just need to help him out sometimes.
