Granted, the term here would be 'cyborg'. An android is a human-looking robot. A cyborg is a human modified through tech. But considering Oda's love for Dragon Ball, if Sanji were to ever gain a title based on what Judge did to him, I think it'd be 'android', while Franky being the crew's cyborg.
