Queen wasn't jobbing constantly, he felt like a genuine threat. I don't know how you can compare him getting ko'd for 30 seconds to HKs' treatment.
They're really not.
Then it's time for these things to actually make a difference. So far, it hasn't been the case.
There's something called "aura". When villains job all the time, it just kills tension and readers don't feel a sense of threat, regardless of whom these villains lose to. If they can't take down top tiers, don't have them face top tiers constantly. It's not rocket science.
It's perfectly...
Can you please stop playing the hate card just because you disagree? I get it's convenient, but it's annoying. Imagine if someone kept calling you an HK wanker because of your stance.
People's issue with the HKs in the first place is that they seem weak, so I don't know why you make it sound...
It's about what he said, even he acknowledged the fact they're totally unimpressive.
Imo it just sounds like excessive damage control on your part. Imu better have something else up his sleeve to buff them up because they look like utter clowns right now.
Your comparison is weird. The HKs jobbed against everyone and their mother, even Sanji called them weak. It's literally acknowledged in the story. Queen was considered a real threat and powerhouse from start to finish.
Queen struggled against a Yonko and the WSM's YC1, two characters we knew...
What Niji did here is akin to teleportation, which is different from Sanji being able to disappear for a while by being in constant movement. Niji never displayed that ability, which is a bigger feat that requires greater speed and stamina.
One thing that reinforces the idea of Perospero's candy neutralizing Germa powers is the fact even Chopper was completely incapacitated by it, not being able to shift forms and break out of his candy prison.
I'm saying we're all average Joes, including wiki contributors. They're nobodies just interpreting things like us, not an authority figure. "Citing evidence and defending claims" doesn't mean anything, it doesn't make it a canon source when it does more than directly cite canon source.
You have...
I suggested their abilities in base could be stamina-based and Perospero's candy might have drained their energy, making them de facto powerless.
I know Sanji's invisibility post-exo is due to his speed, but he can still effectively turn invisible for a short amount of time thanks to his Germa...
Taking Wiki as a source when it's written and edited by average Joes like us. :pepeclown:
They did say during the Tea Party they're pretty much powerless without their RS. One possibility is that Oda retconned the way their powers work for greater dramatic tension during the Tea Party, and to...
Tbf that's kinda Oda's speciality. And Oda wanting to move on and predicting something happening X year usually means it's gonna happen much later. :suresure:
Not obvious for everyone, sadly. Even now, you still have Sanji vs King believers who can't accept facts and keep claiming it wasn't obvious. Those who called it and knew it all along are somehow still wrong, that's how strong the dishonesty is. :kobeha:
Honestly, it's comparable to ZKK...
