Sanji hasn't been relative to Luffy since Enies Lobby, that's when the gap between Luffy and Zoro/Sanji widened considerably. That only got worse after the TS. It's a shonen, you can't compete with MC privilege. :kayneshrug:

I don't think there was any ambiguity about Sanji's superiority over Robin, not in-universe anyway. It's only the fanbase that had doubts, just like it was the case with Franky, before EL events cleared everything up (which was before he joined, but you get the point). As for Jinbe, imo Sanji...

It seems clear to me Oda goes out of his way to avoid having someone stronger than Zoro and Sanji join the crew, that's why Jinbe only joined after WCI and probably one of the reasons Yamato didn't join. The OG M3 will always prevail.

I think Zoro is hitting Admiral level by the end of this arc, so I guess it all depends on how big we think the gap between Zoro and Sanji is. But I'd say high diff at the very least.
