From what I currently have, the entire chapter is hyping up Imu's CoC and powers. There is one panel of the Owl Library. More in 6 hours.

As stated earlier, Imu uses a Haki wave attack and buffs/wakes up the Holy Knights who are down. That is most likely what the GIF is talking about.
