    Also there was a panel of SFX before Zoro launched the attack. And Oda doesn't draw Zoro's advanced COA with large black lightning. Zoro using advanced COA has instead been indicated with steam/smoke. Large black lightning for Zoro has been Haoshoku coating exclusive.

    Probably just different standards for "fodder". I agree that Luffy dominated Lucci, but he used his strongest form to do so, Lucci was able to clash equally on one occasion and survived several named attacks before Luffy eventually put him down (and even then, only for like a minute or two)...
