Not sure how much power the princess even has tbh, these chapters making it sound like she can surrender the city by herself and her father the King and all the Ministers would just go "sure ok"
It's gonna be harder than just convincing Nei, with the Prime Minister and others in the court shown to be all against surrendering. Guess it's up to who convinces the Han king?
Jojo has the advantage of the Part structure making it so it's basically nine different series with their own characters, settings and endings. Peak concept tbh
All this rushing better be so the final Zhao war after Han's done can get extra focus, can get past Han randos that were just introduced being underwhelming but it's been twenty years of Zhao buildup
:josad:
Note that Unification isn't even the end either, he wants to keep the story going AFTER that. Maybe the current pacing is just pure desperation bcs it'd prob take decades to get to the point in history he wants to reach even if he rushes through everything
There's the whole plot of the Han princess receiving some mysterious message from Tou, it gotta continue somehow. Tou going there immediately would be weird tho, he's too famous to just sneak in
Shueisha: There's a chapter this week
Mangaplus: There's a chapter this week
The fandom: Idk my god and savior Lord Redon didn't post GIFs, there's gotta be a break
What did Yoko Yoko do to get this hype lol, Hakukoku is at least said to be Han #2 general, not much but more than just standing still without saying a word
Not saying I want it, just what it feels like with how these final chapters are going. Maybe Gege's master plan is to randomly introduce plotlines in the last chapters for no reason then end it anyway, also possible
