I did say "best case scenario", not "realistic scenario". But to clarify what I meant, I don't think CoC alone could allow him to overcome DR, it's the combination of CoC and PoL that could do the trick. In that scenario, Sanji can already use PoL at will through his flames and he'd combine it...
