Seikai if he wasn't killed off during Coalition. Not that his death was bad but "Han noble who became such an expert on poisons he became physically deformed during experiments" sounds more original that what we're getting, sad Hara didn't introduce a poison master successor or something.
Gian or Hango kinda disprove that I think? Gian with Qin losing and Kanki dying and Hango with everyone expecting it to be a long battle but instead Ousen got folded (regardless of the writing quality). Two big back to back unexpected Qin defeats.
And it's not like anyone would realistically...
On one hand yeah, on the other it'd be disappointing if the whole unification was just "kill every single General of the other states" and that's it. Some commanders either changing sides or surrendering and joining Qin would be a nice way to show the progress + the drama with unifying different...
Surprised Hara decided to split the battle in two instead of just ending it here, wonder what he's cooking for Tousa Plains. Wouldn't it just be the same as this battle just with HKK gone, unless RKK summons a new guy from the capital to replace him
The hype break is him being outsmarted with just "he was too focused on Tou he didn't notice Kanou sneaking next to him" like his incredible skill at seeing the battlefield wasn't hyped up just some chapters ago.
:Raku_Stare:
Yeah, let Moubu or random fodder soldiers finish Houken instead of the main character who he was built up to fight from the beginning. Powerscaling brainrot
It takes Han's best warrior and the 2nd best general plus dozens of soldiers surrounding him and attacking him at once to actually get him in danger. It's not like it's a 1v1
After 800 chapters of "Let's unify China" buildup people are shocked that the first actual conquest of a state has them putting up a fight instead of just being oneshotted by Tou and Shin.
"other Qin6 have both talent and decades of experience"
Like Tou hasn't been Ouki's right hand man for decades and lead the army after his death for like 15 in-universe years now, he's the most experienced of them arguably
