It is possible that Garp's ACoC attack has spherical shape because of the Galaxy part (his martial art tech), not the Haki part (CoC tech).

Fair enough. It is true indeed, Oda will definitely wank the Wing duo simply because it increases Luffy's stature. With Zoro Oda will go to strength route (WSS), then Sanji will go to narrative/story route (such as Croc & Pudding).

It does have defense piercing property (ch 415 page 14) but only the heat/fire. It is hotter than magma (which usually below blue fire's 1400C).

Sanji has so much things going on for his character already. Better allocate new stuff to other nakama instead, they deserve more spotlight.
