    Shanks knows Zou has a poneglyph but does he have a Vivre card of Inu/Neko? You need that to go to Zou. Zou RP is the most annoying one to obtain because it is on top of a constantly moving elephant and it cannot be obtained unless you have a Vivre card to go there.
