Zoro's next PU is him taming his inner spirit of death, the grim reaper. His Asura spirit is his determination to reach the WSS title, while the Grim Reaper is his inner trauma and inner fear of failure. Zoro fears not living up to his promise with Kuina and Luffy and dying an ignoble death...

Don't lose hope, Oda rill redeem Usopp at the end of Elbaph. However I have a feeling all Usopp will do is cry and yell at Luffy to do smth about it, and that's be his great contribution to winning in the end. Essentially being Luffy's motivator.
