I power scale Zoro’s feats based off of how other characters react to him. For example, Zoro was stronger than Law the moment the latter saw Zoro attack Kaido after breaking nearly bone in his body. Has Zoro ever looked at Law the same way?

I am not a power scaler, but narratively Zoro should stand above Luffy’s rivals. His haki has been highlighted for quite some time now.
