If they clash with the Gorosei i agree this is the most likely outcome, because of their positions on the island as you said.

Kizaru is down because he's resolving the conflict in his head. Wasn't a fan of him switching sides, but after the recent developments he's switching 100% now.

Obviously the worst part of the arc is that majority of the SH were completely shafted and ignored for the most of the arc except Sanji. Zoro is just now coming back to be part of the main plot line after half a year, and Zoro had it good because he's doing something useful off screen. You can't...

I actually think Venus and Mars are the strongest Gorosei because they're closest planets to Earth, and they'll be Zoro and Sanji final opponents.
