Aokiji alone is probably stronger than the whole BBP without Teach, i wouldnt doubt If he is even stronger than Teach. Like, its pretty clear they arent the stronger Emperor crew. Just look at Shanks oneshoting Kid while Teach needed to gang up on Law.

Its obvious that Mihawk take the part of being the muscle in the Cross Guild, its Oda way of making them a real Emperor crew by having a guy as strong as the Emperors, or at least close to it
