It will be Blackbeard. It's hilarious what Oda accomplished by not giving him the usual edgy fujobait design most anime villains have, he's underestimated both in the universe and outside of it. Can't wait tbh, Blackbeard's wild ride is finally starting again after the long break since Marineford.

Nah, that plot with Blackbeard becoming an official king will go somewhere. He will capture Garp and trade him in for that, basically him becoming shichibukai 2.0, with his real motive hidden for now.
