And that's the point where I disagree. I think Judge will come to realize his mistake about the emotion and how his ideology not only led to his wife's sacrifice, but also to three stunted children. Judge's acceptance of Sanji will be a bittersweet moment for the siblings.

Fair enough, I can agree with that. But Sanji's relationship with his family isn't static. By EOS, I do expect them to understand one another, with Judge being now proud of what Sanji grew up to be, and with Sanji representing the Germa flag.
As in, I wouldn't care which exact character does what, I'd simply say, "The siblings did X."
But Reiju is distinctive enough where I remember her. It's the other two fodder who blend together.

I don't care abour the twins enough to differentiate between them. If Reiju wasn't a girl, I'd refer to all three of them as the collective "Germa siblings".
