Since Ordo was considered the 'king of fifty different mountain tribes' it's pretty plausible to assume he must have faced and defeated atleast a few Rozo-calibre mountain tribe leaders. The L's he's taken are from people like Ousen and Shibashou who are considerably more powerful than Rozo anyway.
Maybe include Gaimou? I know he was imprisoned but he did clash with the likes of Ouki/Renpa and it's very likely we will see him play a major role in the Wei campaign which will allow Hara to give him more exposition. Otherwise it's a good list.
To be fair, he was a great general, one of the Fire dragons, slayed three of the other Fire dragons and was considered the best spear wielder in all of China. He was also not really in his element when he fought Ouhon justifying his defeat.
Hakuki is basically Ousen on steroids, he has an insane track record as the leader of the previous 6 GG. Gokei and Earl Shi is a dangerous combination but there's no reason why Hakuki doens't have atleast one powerful subordinate since most top-tiers usually do have. I'm going with Hakuki.
Rinshoujou will win, the quality of Rinshoujou's officers is higher than Yotanwa's and I consider him to be more intelligent. I'm not making light of Yotanwa's army since there's quite some capable fighters but ultimately they should lose.
I don't think it's one-sided since every opponent Kanki's been up against has (to varying degrees) fallen for his guerilla methods, Kanki's best shot would be to devise a sort of 'death trap' like he did with Keisha where the Zenou clan would launch an attack on Kanmei. However, I don't think...
decided to complete the bracket lol, regardless of who will win I can see commanders like Riboku, Hakuki and Gakuki going very far.
