I happened to see some reddit complaint about how Shanks didn't respond to the offer to take all the rubbings and... lol. The only reason he wouldn't, after announcing that he's going for the OP, is if he already has them. Very much a non issue
I like the idea of Shanks. Easily the second most important character and we still don't really know him. He's from chapter one and every answer creates a question. 1180 chapters in, that's pretty nuts.
Besides the end of Wano being a patchwork resolution, I think One Piece is about as good as ever. Probably the only bad thing is that I see fandom ruin itself with power scaling.
