Rocks belonged to the same generation as Garp and Roger. Garp was only ~1 year older than Roger. Rocks was probably the oldest but not by much. Harald was 120 years old at the time of GV, which is 40 in human years. Garp was 40. Roger was 39. Rocks was probably 40 or older.
