Maybe because Oda now needs to rely more on the work of his editors? It would make at least sense in a way, seeing that he as a mangaka now stands before that monstrocity of a story with dozens (or hundrets - I'm really not sure) of open plot-strands, which he needs to adress in this last saga...
Hasn't Oda said that since we entered the last saga, he can't do anymore, what he wants, like in Wano? And I think I heard that Oda had planned the ending of One Piece since the beginning, changed maybe a few minor things. But the overall outcome remained.
Maybe Wano was the last arc, he could...
There will be no winner in this fight. Lucci is on the side of the SHPs and Oda is only using the fight to stall both characters. Let us wait until Oda has finished the part with Bonney and Kuma, which will presumably take another chapter or so. :pepelit:
The problem is that Luffy's opponent at the moment is not Saturn - it is Kizaru, he is supposed to fright against. If Bonney and Kuma were the ones, who bear the main problem of the arc, Oda would make Luffy fight Saturn, not Kizaru.
I agree with Bonney being very important in this arc and her having a lot of relevance. The only thing I am not agreeing with is her being the emotional core of the arc. Think about it for a moment:
- There are 9 SHPs and 9 VAs - and all of them havn't fought against each other, yet.
- While...
Oh, yes - I forgot about Totoland. And we forgot about his reappearance during Wano, when he finally did join. Oda did spread Jinbe's story all along this entire plot line. If you scrape together all of these arcs, does this count as one joining-story for him? :choppawhat:
What do you think about Marineford and Jinbe. How do your feel about Jinbe's relevance there?
To me, Fishman island does not feel that much like a Jinbe arc. But Marineford somehow does. And I think this just gets overlooked because of Luffy having so much focus in it as well... .:kayneshrug:
What about it's dream? You forgot the dream!!!
.. is it a he or a she ... forget it - it must be a she. She is definitely sleeping with Robin and Nami.
Just take it as your ring-tone. I laugh like a guinea-pig, which makes people loose their composure.
I'm very sure about my cooking. Just waiting for certain things to happen in the next few chapter:
Spoiler-alert: Plot-twist in 3 ... 2 ... 1... Just a little more waiting, trust me. 😉
Thanks! And yes, I was questioning that, too. At the moment I would say that Kuma has access to some kinf of...
I just remembered something that Lilith said at the beginning of the Egghead arc.
This could also theoretically be an option regarding Kuma heading to Egghead. This would also axplain, why the Stellar was so shocked that Kuma had arrived.
Oda gives us a few hints in this chapter, with which we actually can piece together a part of that small time skip.
The sole fact that Vegapunk is free and not York’s hostage anymore, means that the SHPs/CP0 alliance has intervened and freed the scientist somehow. What I additionally see is...
The fact that we have 3 characters on the island, whose DF-names fit Oda's Gorowase, means that this is no coincedence of Oda, but a certain indicator that we will get the final SHP this arc.
