Yes Malygos us the dragon that has beef with Ekko, more than anything that suggests to me that as much as I want to rectify the mistake of my last game and get rid of Ekko ASAP its not the right play

I would actively stop following Malygos dictat then, he's actively anti dalaran and anyone invested in it would be wise to work against him

The Arcane Breath action is almost certainly Malygos, what their endgame is I would posit is the destruction of Dalaran. How that is achieved I don't know. Speaking of Dalaran I should hope no-one involved is following Malygos' dictat
