Jozu seems to be WB's second strongest man after Marco so I don't see why Vista would be worth more. Also Jozu's bounty should be at least around a billion, same for Oden's bounty.

Being the daughter of Kaido shouldn't be a particularly important factor otherwise all BM's children would have crazy high bounties.
