Well, it's a "WSG" that has all the qualities of an Elephant Gun. It obviously can't be compared to the hit that actually landed on TOEI Kiz.
Ok, and...? Kiz was holding back against Sento. Do you really think it's a crappy attack or something? On the other hand, It being REPEATEDLY shown as...
Luffy's initial attack wasn't WSG, it was a slow-ass Elephant Gun variant. There's nothing that proves that TOEI Kiz could dodge WSG even if he is aware of it's rebound nature. They also removed Kiz accelerating it with his laser lmao.
This makes TOEI Kiz look worse than his canon counterpart...
... No one really gives a shit when a) it was already extremely clear in the manga that Luffy's timer is running out and he's on his last legs – he literally admitted that he hit his limit; b) TOEI Kiz can never hope to land a direct hit on Goofy, whereas Goofy has the speed to do so to TOEI Kiz.
It's gotta be regular Conqueror's haki. One Piece fights operate at a scale where most characters (with occasional exceptions) that are somewhat powerful have good AoE damage options for disposing fodder.

I kinda appreciate it when TOEI animators just don't care and...
Am I correct in thinking that this thread & the posts in it are being mostly ironic when it comes to embracing this middle-school-level retort, and instead just embrace Kubo greatness in general?
:smart:
Cause I'm all for Kubo wank, but unironically spazzing out with the "oh, soo bazed!"...
Wallahi, Goofy had a calmer, deeper, more relaxing sleep while facing off against Pizzaru than he did while duking it out with Gucci :kizawat::kizawat::kizawat:
Fighting Gucci was more engaging & physically taxing for Goofy in the animu
:josad::josad::josad::josad::josad:
Whyyyy Vincent...
Hooooold on, does Vincent not understand the difference between regular observation haki and future sight? The latter doesn't depend on guessing the opponent's intent...
:lulz:
A real admiral fan would already know that this is the case, no need for any animu CoNfIRmAtIoNs. :gonope:
You've grown too feeble and of subpar mental fortitude, my friendo, relying on the unofficial TOEI stuff as gospel with no end in sight.
You're in dire need of rebuilding yourself from...
All I know is that when the next Wuzan fight comes up in the manga, we Wuzan chads can continue sleeping nice and cozy while anticipating the animu rendition:zosleepy:
Lmaoooo, Vincent outright compares Luffy vs Kiz to Luffy vs Enel, and says that he doesn't believe Kiz can win against even a fucking-around Luffy in a straightforward fight. :doffytroll:
Given he's the one who animated the bulk of this animu-only sequence, he's the closest to the WoG in this...
Yup, I truly enjoy how they incorporate his zoan-form into his fights. During his EH fight with Luffy they added a bit of Rob's fighting style in base (mostly composed temperament, precise CQC), only to then to contrast it with his awakening mode (face-spanning devious grins, animalistic running...
Hmm, upon second thought, this is quite curious indeed. Obviously Luffy was using haki against them, yet they continued reforming no matter what. It honestly seems like Kiz just kinda can't get hurt in this state at all. He can get scattered into light particles, but not actually injured.
Yeah, the TOEI clones are quite different from the manga ones. In the manga it's an attack that just spawns extra copies, ala Doflamingo's string replica. In the anime it seems that to make the clones Kizaru must necessarily split himself up, which logically means splitting his strength between...
