I honestly thought the Caesar for Strawhat thing was just an elaborate joke when I heard it when I first caught up to the series.

There have been problems with quality since the time skip, but I personally started to lose my prior level of enjoyment with the 2nd half of WCI (also the point I switched over wholly to the manga. Dressrosa tempted me, but WCI sealed the deal.)

Mostly bored at the moment.
I won’t say “no” since there are things I do like, like the mural or some comedy scenes…but there’s also too much that’s just boring.
The Holy Knights don’t do anything for me as antagonists…the Shanks evil twin stuff is stupid…then it’s also going slow as well...
This mentality will always be funny to me because some folks were saying the same thing about Kizaru in Egghead. Saying that Luffy was too strong for Kizaruonly for Luffy to need to be saved by Kizaru himself.
I will never get why people think their own perceived weakness of the Admirals trumps...
They both have some of the best stuff in One Piece.
Alabasta, Water 7/Ennies Lobby, Sabaody & Marineford are peak One Piece. I won’t place one over the other.
This site can be legitimately funny at times, even the silly agenda wars.
In that sense, it increases enjoyment by a bit. There’s not much else to do with the slow pacing
It’s just One Piece’s pacing post-time skip that’s been poor in general. “Pretty good” for One Piece’s standard is actually kinda slow, and apparently the length of chapters in general has decreased. That with the constant breaks can make it feel worse.
This one is just a personal issue, but...
