Zoro used attacks from a new sword style called King of Hell. The attacks from that sword style are CoC coated. So people use ‘KoH Zoro’ to refer to Zoro while he’s using his CoC coating sword style.

The moment Luffy knocks out Kaido, he will be declared the victor. Signifying that he has accomplished his job. Whether you think it has been "invalidated" due to Kaido getting back up later on, it doesn't matter.
