Following the narrative slashes in one piece are dangerous and any top/mid/low tier is vulnerable. I'm curious to see Niki fighting a real master swordman and see how it performs. It could solidify swordmanship in OP and the need of a swordman in any crew depending on the outcome of this fight...
In One Piece, slashes are like kryptonite to everyone so there's a chance Pranks can deal big damage to Nika. We haven't seen a serious master swordman vs Luffy. But there is also a chance that this is not gonna happen because Oda has again paired him with Zoro

Oda uses the big & tough guy trope pretty well with him. Think about movie characters portrayed by Bruce Lee, Clint Eastwood, Charles Bronson, Vin Diesel, Jason Statham and many others.

Right now there is no reason to make Mihawk follow Buggy's dreams. He is written as bored man without any interest in the world. But that might change in upcoming events. For example, Dragon is waiting for God's Knights to make a move. Can also this event change Mihawk's mind?
