Yes and about the heart thing, it must be absolutely a consequence of using supreme king haki. Otherwise sure it's also pointless the explanation about using Supreme King haki to counter regeneration. Gyaban said this same thing two times even, one in the flashback and one in the present time.
I can only see two options here.
1) Super Sommers and Killingham come back stronger thanks to Imu being physically on the island.
2) Super Sommers and Killingham will be sacrificed by Imu to power him up (and maybe let him stay on Elbaph longer) or just because he is disappointed for their performance.

That's because like I believe (or at least trying to explain this immortality thing) now Super Sommers body is the real body because it's still under effect of Luffy and Loki supreme king haki (I'm not even sure they used it, I don't remember, but even that is always a bet, you can't even be sure)...
One reason should be that supreme king haki coating attacks can hit the real body, bypassing regeneration/immortality power.
The same thing that happens with basic armament haki that let hit the real body of rogia fruits.

So after all the non legit votes being cancelled, is Sanji still top 1 in different countries like the web site is showing right now? Or should we wait the next update?
If I have to guess is the common trope of people with regeneration type power that have their resistance to blows lower to the minimum in order to showcase the regeneration. It's something I hate a lot. So Sanji should be able to cut like butter his neck with just a kick.
