Maybe Loki isn't quite who he appears to be from this chapter, and not "that" strong.
But I really doubt it. It took all the warriors from the strongest country in the world just to restrain him, a country above Tottoland and Wano (who had Kaido concerned) in strenght. Has a legendary fruit...
I think it could be two things with Loki, I'll start from the least likely:
1. Oda (somehow) intends to subvert expectations with him, making not Loki not "that" strong and more of devious trickster, "it is not what it seems" and stuff like that. That is one possibility.
But the thing is, Oda...
To be clear, this still doesn't guarantee anything about Arthur and who would beat him/would not. Ulrick Dayne was Sword of the Morning, wielding Dawn, and one of the very finest warriors of his age but Daemon Blackfyre was still considered superior. Jaime Lannister has used nothing but normal...
I randomly came across this video, I looked a bit in the comment and went at the minute where House Dayne is mentioned (1:10:52). Martin says that Dawn is even more potent than a Valyrian steel sword...
I always had Valyrian and Dawn of equal caliber...until now. Damn, lol.
Unless he meant...
He is there!!!
Yonko Luffy getting goosebumps:
It takes all of the warriors of Elbaf to capture him:
And if let loose again, it will mark the end of the everything.
The accursed prince of Elbaf.
IT'S SHAKING AGAIN!!!
Directly from the mighty kingdom of Elbaf, the strongest country in...
Sandoq is really a beast though lol, he brutalized 12 guards and a member of the Kingsguard. Skillful, mobile and carrying a great valyrian blade with one hand.
Like, damn.
Sandoq the Shadow defeated even Arthur Dayne to win the Worstgen Asoiaf voting tourney. Blud bodied Duncan the Tall, Ryam Redwyne, Barristan Selmy, Arthur Dayne and Bobby B to grab that crown lmfao.
