Luffy’s fight against Kata and even Kaido hand the best art style and choreography that’s what I base on when it comes to fights the most. Furthermore, let’s not pretend Zoro got a free PU aka CoC and in a matter of minutes got a second PU that is AdvCoC. Nevertheless, in OP hand to hand combat...
Luffy was combining his CoC and CoC with his DF all the time nothing new. Combining haki and DF is not a haki boost, but overall fighting style boost.
Never said Shanks showed new implications of haki, it’s the same, but far stronger than any CoC user has ever showed. You can have said haki at...
Doubt Luffy could show Shank’s level of CoC so there’s room to grow. CoO probably is maxed out while CoA is hard to tell cuz I think he could make stronger still, but he is near to max it out.

What could Apoo’s bounty be post Wano? Although it was not revealed. Nevertheless, he participated in the war and even went on to fight CP0 which in some way could be interpreted as declaring war on WG…. So a decent increase could be made! So out of boredom let’s speculate!
My guess it could...
