I would have made Kaido a Meruem-type character; undefeated but huge character development. He should have been the "I am the villain but I am right and you are wrong" type villain where he gets what he wants in the end.

It's missing better world dynamics. Before Wano, everything outside of the Strawhats seemed so static but Oda got better.

Jinbe is a great addition since he does not fit into the typical Strawhat scheme, making him unique. This is refreshing. I feel like Impel Down/Marineford Arc created a strong bond between Luffy and him. Jinbe being a Strawhat member feels like the logical next step for his loyalty to Luffy...
