Imu being forest god is certainly possible now that we know god DFs are real and they are inside mythical zoans. So forest god is a mythical zoan DF and does not refer to creation of DFs or anything metaphorical. Imu is all about devils.

We already got yamato and ragnir using ice though. So monet's DF won't be much different. It is inferior to Kuzan's DF.

Tbf gunko doesn't seem to have abyssal pact which supposedly halts your aging but she just like gorosei has not age. So imu most likely can given specific powers even if the person only have deep sea pact.
