After Luffy defeated Kaido, Zoro killing Kaido as leftover would just damage Zoro's character period. Luffy winning Kaido as 1v1 is as clear as theme goes since this whole arc is for Luffy to become Yonko and his crew to become a Yonko's crew.

Nah ain't gonna happen. Once Zoro beats king the medicine effect would fade and he will fall to the ground and go into deep sleep.

The final matchups have already been decided, and Zoro is also on a time limit from magic pill. At this point it would be weird for Zoro to randomly show up to fight Kaido again, when it is clearly now a Luffy vs Kaido 1v1. When Luffy 1v1s his opponent, no one interferes.

Zoro wouldn't kill Kaido. It is just too inorganic for it to happen at this point.
