Scum can easily claim anything that isn't directly harmful to do them. Claiming one of the main characters is present in the game doesn't actually amount to anything cause that's basically assumed to be true anyway.

I don't think a no lynch D1 makes sense in a game where there's likely multiple Scum factions. Seeing as we're having timeline merges and what not, it's possible the Death Eaters isn't the only enemy we have
