No Fishman karate, no demon form. It would be like Sanji not using ifrit jambe or exoskeleton. She was also focused on trying to save the others which then got her captured as she was distracted.
Franky and Jimbe had no issue dealing with Killinghams Nightmare. Robin held back vs Super Sommers. Even Brooke fought Imunko for a bit. The HK absolutely HAVE NOT been dominating the weaker strawhats. Only Gunko did in their initial fight.
Also, Killingham got one shot by Sanji, just like Sanji did...
Except that if Omen boost HK 10x, it does that for Imu as well.
Imu by default should be above Warcury. Give him a 10x boost and what exactly can Luffy do then?
The sheer gap in HK and Imu is the main issue, along with their awful, lackluster portrayal this arc. They even get called weak...
So Luffy can suddenly jump 2-3 tiers to go from doing nothing vs Warcury to fighting Omen boosted Imu, likely damaging him too, just cause he eats for 2 more minutes.
But the other strawhats can't vs the HK?
Nothing even suggests Super Sommers & Killingham are above Frank & Jimbe. That's why the HK...
Well if we're going by earlier performance to judge the rest of the strawhats, G5 Luffy's about to get fodderised by Imu too.
He was powerless against Warcury (without omen) even with Dorry and Broggys help, how's he gonna fight Warcury's boss, Omen boosted Imu without multiple power ups?
Robin was also more focused on freeing the strawhats and kids than fighting.
Also, we know she didn't go all out. No Fishman karate nor demon form used.
And Sanji landed his slowest attack on Killingham, after Killingham noticed him.
Franky's news speed burst was also pretty fast, he traveled...
Gunko performed well vs 5 strawhats. Super Sommers struggled with just Robin's clone. Robin didn't even use her demon form.
Franky chose to punch the Dream monster. Could have flew slightly to the left and punch Killingham instead. Killingham hasn't displayed any decent speed or reaction feat to...
You keep mentioning Gunko who had far better portrayal and showing than Killingham and Super Sommers, when it's those 2 who are being discussed.
Franky's news super punch would have put down Killingham the same as Sanji did. Same with Jimbes attack. It would've been a low dif at best.
Why would we...
And yet we're supposed to believe a Luffy who couldn't handle mentally nerfed Kizaru or couldn't do anything vs Imu's subordinate Warcury can suddenly fight Imu. If Luffy can improve or do better, so can the strawhats.
Killingham couldn't do shit vs Jimbe or Franky. Why is it hard to believe...
They weren't fodder to this level? They were also the boss's left and right hand men.
Super Sommers and Killingham aren't Imu's wings. The Gorosei are.
Imu > 1000 Omen Super Sommers. That's the gap.
Luffy is 100% getting stronger between now and EoS though.
Him fighting as good as Loki vs Imu while the wings were one-shot is bad enough. It shows such a massive gap between them.
Beating 2 HK is a joke and doesn't make Sanji and Zoro leave this arc looking any better than last chapter.
I gave up on the BB pirates when Oda put Shiryu as 2nd strongest.
I'd rather the Grand Fleet fight those scrubs now. Strawhats have stronger opponents to deal with.
BB has no real connection to anything. Even if he dies next chapter, nothing changes, he's just another yonkou.
His main hype seems to be cause of his dad and ancestor. Plus he and his crew are weak.
Imu and the World Government on the other hand is literally responsible for everything bad that...
Franky only met Killingham, same as Sanji. Using your logic Franky should fight Killingham.
Also beating up a "corpse" won't make Killingham look strong. It would just further make him look weak.
There's no way Oda can make Super Sommers and Killingham look like a threat anymore. They are like 0.1%...
