    Another stage in my opinion is just the magnitude and intensity of CoC usage...we have seen how Kaido CoC became stronger in the fight and that is why eventhough Luffy managed to go toe to toe with kaido with prolonged fight Kaido haki grown strong...there is no other stage except going stronger...
