It's about Sukuna having to keep things back for Gojo's team assault.
It's a direct parallel to the "Gojo only can go all out when he fights alone"
Sukuna couldn't go all out cause he knew Gojo wasn't alone.
Gojo made a mistake, for sure. But let's admit that with the massive exhaustion and a part of his brain being literally fried a mistake/miscalculation can easily happen.
Gojo still is a human after all. He's not an omniscient god-being.
Nah. Fresh Gojo could use insta rct at its maximum output during their first DE clash.
Half fried-brain Gojo couldn't use it at the same level.
Plus he most likely let his guard down.
My take is that Gojo let his guard down.
The later most likely thought he won after destroying Mahoraga, leaving Sukuna both defenseless and offenseless, why he let his guard down sleeping on his passive limitless shield.
He was wrong.
Never let your guard down until you're sure you won. He...
Yuji is the protag for a reason.
Reread his entire portrayal, dude is the one built different in the verse.
Kenjaku said it himself: he's the eye of the storm. I even think Kenjaku made Yuji to get rid of Sukuna.
You do realize that the entire fight point was to showcase Gojo (as ten shadows) at his best before the inevitable happens right?
Realistically he should have died during the first DE clash when Sukuna reduced him into pulp. The rct stuff was the actual asspull this fight since Sukuna sliced...
I don't think he used Sukuna's CT. As the later said, what Maho did was different from dismantle/cleave:
Sukuna: "It wasn't a slicing attack that flew like one of mine. That is the extension of the cursed techniques targeting. "
From what I get Mahoraga "created" a new slashing technique based...
What I've been saying for weeks now: Sukuna is a twisted psychopath, and looking for any logic in the way he's fighting is pointless.
He just wanted an actual challenge, and fighting with 10S was perfect for that as it was both a nerf/restriction concerning his own CT but also a possible power...
