yeah that's what i meant i have gotten 100 dollar tips on small bills like twice since working here some tips can be really demotivating but you'll always get days where people surprise you and it makes up for it

right now i work at a corporate job, im fairly used to it but even if the wage was increased, it still wouldn't be livable. tips are likely to decrease if america decides to try to eradicate tipping culture. i get more than most jobs that pay a much higher hourly wage

it's why servers in some states get really pissed being stiffed or no tipped. it's also the name of the game and something that comes with the job but there's alot more at stake for people that are being paid under 3 an hour

til new york's hourly rate for servers is 10 an hour and pennsylvania's is 2.83 BOOOO
