If I had to say, it's not unfair to call her evil when only given those two options. But chaotic neutral fits just as well. She doesn't really care about good or evil as much as fulfilling her desire for knowledge.

She is the witch of greed and has an overwhelming desire for knowledge. She tries to get Subaru to form a contract with her so she can watch him follow her suggestions and die and return by death over and witness many different possibilities. Sort of wanting to treat him like a guinea pig. So...

Been good. Just got the Apollo Justice Trilogy for the Switch yesterday. It's nice to be able to play all the mainline AA games on the TV now rather than just a DS or Phone screen :3 .
