Size doesn't seem to make any real difference in One Piece. Large beings move just as swiftly as small beings and small beings can overpower large beings dozens of times their size.
If size mattered then Tontatta dwarfs shouldn't hit like a truck and Giants should be unstoppable.

Period drama set in the early 20th century following a posh family of upper crust types. Period dramas are popular in British television since they are probably the most affordable thing to shoot that isn't a flat out modern setting show (mostly consisting of soap dramas or shit comedies).

If I recall correctly, it only got popular towards the end of its run after Yank company Netflix got the distribution rights. So once the Yanks liked it, then it became popular. I never heard of it within the UK or Ireland before that Netflix deal. Lol.
