As long as Oda doesn’t try to half-bake Franky into the arc, It's gonna be fine. Oda's sin with Zoro in Wano was that he kept hinting at stuff but ultimately did nothing with it.

Enel for me. He looked outright invincible from the beginning and had a boss vibe. He could've wiped out the whole island. With Lucci, I couldn’t tell he was gonna be the arc boss till he started fighting Luffy in EL. Zoans are definitely not as menacing as logias. But both are great antagonists.
