The knighthood tradition is weaker in the north, but it's not completely rejected. Jorah Mormont was a knight, Bartimus and Helman Tallhart too and they are all old gods followers. Even Bran wanted to be a knight at some point.

One interesting thing about Han is that few years after they were conquered in 226 B.C they launched a failed rebellion. This makes me think the current arc might not be the last time we see them in action. I'm curious how Hara will handle this given that he is trying to potray Qin's rule there...

I'll go with the Cleganes. Garlan has potencial to be a monster, but for now it's not clear where he stands. Him sparing with multiple people at the same time is not as impressive if you consider the feats of some of the top tiers.

Gregor definitely should be moved up a tier. The Rougue Prince on the other hand I think is too high, since he doesn't have a lot of feats. Qhorin Halfhand is top tier, since in actuality he's Arthur Dayne who faked his own death.

Han is not Chu. It was said on more then one ocasion that they have the weakest military in China. To me moderate expectations is him being around Ordo level.

Kou Yoku's last performance in Juuko arc was nothing short of dissapointing. Even assuming they are stronger fighters Gyou'un is still a better commander and has a legit way of slaying stronger people via Raigoku formation. Lol, no. Him killing some Wei fodder doesn't make him that good...
